Please let me know if the following actions can be taken for the field [Responsible person] (user with administrator access permission) in the document revision.

1. Disable the deletion of the document revision.

2. Disable the deletion of files.

 

As a precondition, we are aware of the following.
A.The Responsible person] of a document revision cannot disable (uncheck) the Administrator Access]//Editor Access] permission.
B. Even if Status] of a document revision is set to Release], it cannot be handled by Status] because it can be deleted by setting the status to Disabled].

You can stop the document revision from being deleted using a custom event that raises an error/exception.

Stopping the file from being deleted can be done by disabling the delete file command, at least in Aurena/IFS Cloud.
