Hi,

I am looking for advice on setting up Document Management in a way that ensures individuals who access documents with different classifications (Public, Sensitive, Highly Sensitive, Confidential) are aware that secured documents should not be sent outside the organization. Is there a way to configure this in the system? Or does anyone have suggestions on how this can be achieved?

Use a custom field or one of the free description fields perhaps? Plus a macro that shows some warning text when documents are viewed/printed/etc?
