Not sure if this applies to you, but at my company running IFS Cloud 23R1 I had to reinstall the Aurena Agent from the Add-Ons menu.
Then I had to edit the Local Checkout Path and select the Select View/Print dialog or View Original from the Basic Data → User Settings menu.
Can’t remember if had to restart my computer after reinstalling the Aurena Agent, but that’s probably a good idea anyway.
