Hello,

 

I have created an event action as follows, but when I RMB and print order I get the print as expected but also get the default print.  How do I stop the default one ?

Can you provide information about the created event action? 

Also, you can try a report rule for this scenario.

I have the following events:

  1. This one logs who the PO has been emailed to

 

  1. Email the PO to recipient

@JannetteC what do you mean by ‘I get the default print’?

If you refer to the default printing properties, then you could create a report rule with the action Preselect Property and there you could enter the defaults that you want a user to see whenever they print the PO.

I did do that, but my first event action kept failing
