Migration of IFS Users

I created migration jobs for persons and users, but email addresses are not copied from the FND_USER view and I don't know how to migrate also IAM profiles, is it necessary to copy them manually? Shouldn't they created when migrating and creating a new user?
I want to migrate from one IFS Cloud environment to another.
