Hi

My customer has installed IFS Cloud on-premise and is using Excel version - Windows Excel : 16.0.5317.1000. The customer has successfully installed the Excel Add In and the Excel IFS icon appears on the excel. But when the customer launches it nothing happens.

Just to test in the same laptop we tried installing Office 365 excel and the IFS Excel plugin successfully launched.

 

But is not working with the excel version the customer is using. The customer has no plans to update the excel version and is asking how to make the excel plugin work with the current version.

Has anyone of you experienced this issue ? Is there any possibility the customer can launch the excel plugin with the version of excel the customer has.

althougt, for IFS Cloud 21R2, Office 2016 is still supported :
