We have a number of IALs that update on a schedule and they work great, but there are a few that always get stuck on the Update Status of POSTED. Once stuck they will not update. There is no background job associated with the IAL.
I can do a manual update and it works fine.
Any ideas of what could be happening here?
We are experiencing the same issue. Went looking ofr a solution here.
