Hello,

 

After moving a copy of our database to our test environment, we realized our crystal reports are grabbing data from our production environment. Where do I redirect crystal reports to look at our other server in IFS?

There is a system parameter called The Machine where the crystal web service is installed. As you’ve had a db copy, this parameter should have still the crystal web service which is directed to PROD.

Change it to the server which you need.

Note : It usually needs to change the system parameter Virtual directory names if the virtual directory names are also different.
