Missing button in App7.5

Userlevel 4

Customer open Apps7.5, the buttons that normally appear on the top-right of the page are missing. The buttons include populate, search, save, etc.

Is there a way to fix this?

It seems like and user profile issue.
Could you please try to change the resolution of the screen and check whether buttons can be viewed?

@Chandima Pathirana Could you please try below work around to get these buttons to the meddle on the bar.

Right click on the bar -> click center as mentioned in below image.

After that these buttons will come to center of the form as below.
