Hi Community,

 

we are not able to unreserve the part because the error message says we cannot unreserve the part as it is picked and when trying to delete the picklist or to unissued the part in the picklist it says there is no part issued to get unissued. However, there is a part issued.

 

Is there any way where we can unreserve are cancel the picklist?

Lol...I just ran into this issue too.  I will try to figure it out and let you know our findings.

Here is the process that worked for me -I had created a pick list for a shipment but wanted to cancel the pick list so I could re-start shipment process (prior to pick list being created):

  1. Navigate to ‘Report Picking of Pick List Lines’ -  Sales>Shipping>Picking
  2. Query for your Pick List number
  3. On the line enter a ‘0’ zero in the ‘Quantity to Pick’ field. 
  4. RMB on the header and choose ‘Report picking of Pick List Lines’
  5. The parts will be returned to stock and the Shipment will change its “Next Step in Shipmet Flow” to ‘Create Pick List’ which allows me to manually reserve the item prior to creating a new pick list for this
