Un-cancel a Purchase Order

No once a purchase order is cancelled it cannot be reopened.

It is not possible from the application. But I believe it might possible through a data repair. But all the data that got changed when cancelling need to be repaired. Thus, it needs to be thoroughly investigated and it might take a significant amount of time.

From functional perspective, there is no way to re-open a canceled purchase order.  Your only option is to re-enter the purchase order. 

As Chamika suggested, it might be possible via a data repair upon conducting intensiveinvestigations.

If PO was created from PR, at canceling the PR, the system will raise a question of whether PR which is closed should be re-open or not. If you have selected to re-open PR, then the user can go back to PR and create a new PO.

Otherwise, if you canceled PO which is not created from PR or if you have selected NO for re-open of PR. I believe creating a new PO will be an ideal functional approach.
