Does anyone in this community have any experience with 3rd party supplier portals integrated with IFS 10?
The IFS supplier portal becomes really expensive when you have many suppliers but not massive spend. From what I have heard only the Oracle licenses for each supplier is full Oracle license. That business case wont work for us and is not scalable for future rollouts of IFS within our group.
The wish list includes:
- Updating supplier data (approved by us before updated)
- Update purchase part data (approved by us before updated)
- Handling of purchase orders (for the suppliers that do not use EDI that we want to set up shortly. Suppliers could choose EDI or the portal.)
- Ability to get forecast (without our involvement)
- Possibility to have “one login” together with our drawing distribution system to make it feel integrated.
- Handling of quality issues and reports
Any suggestion would be appreciated
