One of the customers have an RMA with 100 different lines. They are not connected to a CO, but they want to return all of these lines to one inventory location under one Lot/Batch. 

When we select multiple RMA lines from RM lines tab and RMB > Receive Parts… we get the lines like below,

 

So, users need to select the RMA line by the drop down for 100 times and need to enter the Qty to Return. This is taking a lot of time and inconvenient. 

Is there any easier way which they can return these 100 different RMA lines?

Hi Vimukthi,

To my knowledge, this is not possible as a built-in option in the application.

But, if the customer does these types of RMAs frequently, it would be useful to create a migration job for this. And, also a new database task would be more convenient, which can be run as an RMB option within the RMA screen, and would run for all lines in the RMA as a background job.
