Shipment Order is created to transfer serialized Parts from one site to another. Shipment order was released and Shipment created. Shipment was executed and Closed.
While receiving at the other site, I want the same serial No’s. Is that Possible in this functionality?

This is a standard Functionality. This can be addressed by selecting the “In Trasit” option in Register Arrivals, which will fetch the order details of Lot batch and Serial No’s.

in our company we use “incoming dispatch advice”, then all the information have been pass to the other side
Yes, it is possible to use the Incoming Dispatch Advice logic for this. Personally, I prefer this over Register Arrival as it is easier to execute once configured. You send the dispatch advice from the shipment delivering the Shipment Order and then you can receive the delivery note including delivered serial no in one go in the Incoming Dispatch Advice.
To enabled the sending of Dispatch Advice for Shipment Order, you need to add DESADV message in the company of the site:
Then if you want the dispatch advice to be sent automatically you enable that on the receiving Site or receiving Remote Warehouse depending on if you deliver to a site or a remote warehouse:
