When trying to receive the below PO we received the below message.  I was able to determine how to receive, by adding the location to the receipt.  Where is the inventory location field located for the purchase part number that I could add it as a default and not have to add every time we are receiving this item?

Hi @jruff ,

You can defined default location in the Inventory Part window (Default Locations tab) which will automatically use when receiving the PO based on the receiving case.

Following is the order that system looks for the default Location.

  1. A default location for the inventory part
  2. A default location for the site
  3. The location last used
