Please give me best solution of order splitting in the "Request for order quotation window"."

Example Purchase requisition of of Purchase Part A

1.  Part:A , Quantity: 50

After release and authorization, we create request for order quotation.

Then there how we create order splitting.

Note: If we create duplicate line in “Request for order quotation window” then in backend there in no requisition number place in newly created line.
