An option would be to change the status of the Supplier for Purchase Part record(s) for the specific part to inactive. This will give a warning if someone tries to raise a requisition for the part that there is no supplier, and it will prevent creation of purchase order lines for the part for the supplier.

@SaaAvinak additionally if you want that specific part to not be used on Customer Orders (demand allowed) and Purchase Orders (Supply Allowed) then you could define a Part Status that blocks demand and supply and then assign that status to the Inventory Part.
