Is there a way to exclude actual demand in a specific period in future forecasts to account for outlying events (ie natural disaster impacts two-month window but has no long-term impact)?
Disclosure, I’m new to the application so I admittedly do not know all the tools and best practices.

In the demand plan client you can freely set the adjusted forecast
