User cancelled line on Customer Order first - now when we try to cancel line on PO we get the error that manual peggings exist for this line - unpeg before cancelling except we can’t unpeg because line is already cancelled on CO.

Help!!!  How do I find the record to unpeg

Hi @sandra.waud , can you see whether below “Unpeg” or “Manually Pegged Orders” are active for your PO line? If yes, can you try to unpeg the PO line from there? Thanks.

 


The Manually Pegged Orders option is available - however when I chose that and go to Customer Order Info it is blank


@sandra.waud please check whether you can find a record for your PO line in Pegged Purchased Customer Order Lines window. If you can see a record here connected to your cancelled CO line, then sometimes we will need to remove it from a data correction.

However I believe this needs to be further checked. Therefore, please send us a Support ticket if you can.
