What solutions are you using to handle Commercial invoices when you are exporting goods? My company does a lot of Exporting to countries such as Brazil, India, China, UK, Australia and Columbia . What solutions have you used to produce Commercial Invoices? I know we have the Proforma Option in the Shipment, however we are looking for a solution that meets the requirements to import good for sale in these countries?
Hello - we usually use the pro-forma option with a number of different formats to the report, whether via the IFS report designer tool or Crystal reports. Shipment lines in IFS do allow you to capture information such as value of goods and the shipment holds a number of fields around exporting but if you have specific requirements there may be a need for configuration?
