Hi,

Kindly what are the conditions for the customer orders to appear in the page availale orders to connect them. I have one internal customer order with reserved status same site and customer but it doesnt appear. we are using IFS10

Hi Bldrayi,

Please make sure that the following conditions are satisfied for the customer orders to appear

  • The supply code for customer order lines must not be Purch Order DirInt Purch DirNot Decided or Service Order.
  • The order line must be in the ReleasedReservedPicked or Partially Delivered status. Picked Customer Order Lines must be in a shipment location.
  • There must be a remaining quantity that is still to be delivered for the customer order line i.e. what is already delivered and what is already connected for delivery on shipments must be less than the ordered quantity.
  • There must not be any quantity not connected to any shipment on a pick list not pick reported yet.
  • The order line must not be included on any customer load list.
  • The order must not be about to be delivered with a pre-ship delivery note.
  • There must not be any partially delivered order lines with a connected freight charge not invoiced.

Further, to connect to an existing shipment, the following prerequisites should be met.

  • The shipment must be in the Preliminary status to connect the lines. Note: If required, you can reverse a shipment from the Complete status to the Preliminary status, but not from the Closed status to the Preliminary status.
  • The shipment type, receiver, ship-via and delivery terms of the source line must be that same as the shipment.
  • The delivery address of the source line must be the same as the shipment. It is not enough to have the same delivery address ID; all address information must be the same.

Customer ID, delivery address and delivery parameters like ship via code should be same.


Hi,

Please check if the shipment type, receiver, ship-via and delivery terms of the source line are the same as the shipment.

Also please check if the status of the shipment is Preliminary.

All mentioned conditions are applicable but still the order doesnt appear, same delivery information.

what other reason it mught be?

Check the shipment type in the shipment id header and the shipment type in customer order line. They should be same as well. 


They have the same shipment type (NA).


Hi Bldrayi, could you please see if the customer order line is already connected to any other shipment record? Also, please try creating a new shipment record to see if the line appears then.

 

 


it is not connected to any other shipment lines. also we have created new shipment record but still it doesnt appear.


Hi Bldrayi, The shipment type, receiver, ship-via and delivery terms of the source line must be that same as the shipment. Could you please verify on that as well?
