We are on Apps 8 and use the Sub-Contract function.  However, having created a revised template containing approvals, we cannot understand how the sub-contract can be activated when it has not previously been ‘Reviewed’ which is the step that precedes Activate.  It’s as if the approvals have no impact on the activation of the sub-contract.

Has anyone else come across this and if so, is this a bug or standard functionality?
