Request for new Hardware (Service Catalogue)

Hi Together,

Facing an issue while performing the Request process to be completed:

created a new Prcess for Ordering but can not execute the Phase actions .

Always in every stage/phase get the message:

“The current stage contains mandatory tasks which must be resolved before the next stage can be proceed”

But there are no tasks listed to  be resolved.

Maybe someone has a hint regarding this
