We are looking at how we can promote the ‘Services’ screen filter on assystNet. Our user research indicates that the majority of our users do not know it is there.
My question is two fold….
- Does anyone know if there is the ability to set this as expanded by default? (This was our first thought)
- How have you all promoted this feature to your end users?
