One of our service have been asking about case management systems that can (at a designated point in the process) send a service user or a third party a PDF document. Such as a legal or contact doc.
Has anyone ever tried to get assyst to populate a PDF template? Is is even possible?

You can export report results as pdf (see assystWiki) but as far as I am aware there is no other option to create a pdf within assyst.
Another one for the ideas area, if you want to log this as a suggestion and allow our customer community to see it and comment/vote on it.
