Could ask for the stages within the process flow to be only RFC actions not generating Tasks ???
for implementing as normal task

it may be hard to avoid decision tasks at the least… but it all depends what you want to acheive.

Yes for sure → one decision is it ok 
but for the stages if I could be able to let the analyst move the tickets in the stages only by applying the state actions without generating tasks.
