How do we get an account for the academy?

Hi Ioola,

All users of an official IFS customer company can sign up for the IFS Academy learning platform via https://ifs-customers.sabacloud.com/ using their IFS Customer ID

Our Academy admin team approves requests based on provided Customer ID and after successful approval,  access to the platform is provided and the customer user will receive an automatic welcome email.

Great Course, but in some “Test Me” i got the problem, that I am not able to click because the text is over the fields you have to click.

Most worse is the “IFS assyst Customization and Aliasing Test Me” part. I am not able to click on the file to go further. Tried it with Chrome and Edge. No Chance to go further.

Has anybody else this Problem?

Thanks for letting us know that there is an issue with the course - we will make changes to affected lessons, but because this will require their full reupload - this might take some time for us to fully fix it.

As a workaround - In some cases changing your browser zoom level (by holding CTRL key and using mouse wheel or changing it in browser settings) might help.

Thanks for your fast reply. I already tried changing the zoom level, unfortunately with no success.

Is it possible to give a short update when you up loaded the changed course?
