you might run into an issue where the action description field is greyed out after upgrading assyst. This issue can be easily solved by clearing the browser cache. When you encounter this issue please follow the following instructions:
Try to clear the Brower Cache by pressing <Ctrl> + <F5>

If this does not work try deleting you complete browser cache.
