Trying to close down a Work Order with the Work Task Actual Finish Date of a date in the past (02/06/2021).

Once the Dates are entered and Saved, User does RMB > Status > Work Done

This error appears:

 

How does the User get around this? How do they change the Work Order Finish Dates to match the Work Task?

Go RMB > report in work order > report in tab and check the dates there.

Hi Lisa,

May be the actual start date of the work order is later than the actual finished date of the work task as the error message implies. You can check this by comparing the actual start date in Report In Work Order > Report in tab, Date Information section with that of the work task actual finish date. If you copy the same actual start date of the work task into the work order, you will not get this error message.
