Hi, 

We have setup a Maintenance Resource with User HR Checkbox enabled to get the insights of Trainings and Absence of Maintenance employee while doing the Resource Capacity Analysis.

However we are not able to retrieve the  necessary information. Below are the details of Allocated Training to the Employee and Missing information observed in the Resource Analysis window.

Does this require any additional setup other than the below displayed screens. Kindly provide your inputs.

 

 

 

Did you get this figured out?  This isn’t one to easily solve with a post, someone would probably need to walk through the entire setup with you.

Without seeing all data setup for the training event, it is difficult to answer, but one thing you can check is if the training event has an Agenda defined. The agenda is required for the hours to show in Resource Analysis. Also remember to Refresh the snapshot in Resource Analysis to get the latest demand data. 


I just did a setup of training event for this purpose in IFS 10 UPD 13. 

Resource Analysis is using the training setup of agenda as a resource load.

Unfortuneately it is a bit cumbersome to do, as you need to do setup of agenda on a day by day basis
