That’s not an option in mWO. The task is the planable entity and will always be created. Why is that an issue?

hi, tks for attention.
There is a situation with a customer that the operation reports a MNT problem but there is a preventive order next week. The customer wants to insert this “corrective” without task in structure so that as they can use the option “Finish work order” in structure screen.
If there is a task in the new WO, the planner needs to delete the task, because the problem will be solving in preventive WO.
There is this option in aurena or IEE, “new fault report”. But the customer wants to use in mobile mworkorder.
I’ve tried to find any idea for this.

Yeah, not possible. You can either setup an event to automatically delete the tasks when they are created from mobile and XYZ is true, or give the users a link to the report fault report page in Aurena.
