Hi,

I’m trying to find a way to send by email a link that, when the user clicks on it, EAM.exe get opened with the WO_NO parameter provided. 💡

I’ve been able to create Bookmarks to specific WO_NO that are saved on Navigation Panel.

What I am not able to do is to send WO_NO as parameter when opening EAM.exe. 😔

Is there any way to achieve this behavour? 🤓

Hi Mauro,

Could you please check if the link created as below is directing you correctly to the work order screen.

1: Logon to Enterprise Explorer client.

2: Navigate to Prepare Work Order

3: Populate the form.

4: RMB on one of the WO's you found. Choose "Send to" and "Mail recipient as link".

5: Put your own email address as recipient

6: Send the mail and close down applications

7: In the mail you received into your inbox click on the link

Thanks & Best Regards,

Nethmini

Hi Nethmini,

I cannot find the “Send to” option: 🤷🏻

There should be a “Send To” option in the RMB menu? 🤔

How should I proceed to activate it? 😉

Hi @Nethmini Kosvinna and @mhdion ,

I think this is not possible in IFS7, that is teh Centurea Client and not the enterprise explorer.

This option is now (IFS 8, IFS9, IFS10 and IFS Cloud) availabe, but I am afraid it is not an option in IFS7.

Best regards,
