Maintenance Plan Due Value

On a maintenance plan, once a Work Order is closed, the due reference is removed from that line. But if a Work Order is cancelled from Prepare Work Order screen, the due reference is still visible on the plan line and it keeps on increasing with each passing day for calendar and latest readings recorded for condition.

Is it a defect cause once a WO is closed or cancelled, the due plays no role anymore for that particular line, still it reflects on the line level.

If this is the same issue in IFS Apps 9 that we had then the problem is the due % is looking at the first plan line without an actual finish date.  A cancelled work order does not have an actual finish date.

This means that once you cancel something the % due calculation is always wrong because the underlying SQL is written to get the earliest plan line without a completion date.
