I want an integration with IFS Mobile, but when I press the send to mobile button I get an error.Is it possible that the send to mobile option can be automatically predefined?How can I solve this error?

 

If I press the on hold button, the transfer to mobile button disappears

Did you ever get a fix for this?  We have the same issue thats just come up, be good to know if there is a fix you have received?

Are there any workflow configurations set-up?


We found the answer to this.  You have to refresh the Language Cache.  

  1. Go to the Used Languages screen in IFS
  2. Search for relevant language
  3. Tick the rows, and select “Refresh Language Cache”

This solves the issue
