technician holding calls

How can we keep technicians from holding calls from day to day. We require our technicians to send the call back to dispatch at the end of the day if the call is not resolved.

Hi Clif,

In the Prompts (Service) module, there is an option what to do when the SA logs out… one of these options is to unassign calls.  Perhaps you can try this option?
