Is there a king of logs or crash report when the mobileedge native app crashes ?

Hi Christophe,
The mobile R&D team has access to the Crashlytics logs (these get captured automatically when the application encounters a fatal error), can you send along the Make and Model of the device that is experiencing the issue? (And an approximate date/time for when the issue was encountered?)

Hi Christophe,
They’re not stored on the mobile device, these logs are only accessible by the Mobile R&D team (so that is why we need to know the make/model that the crash is occurring on and an approximate date/time that the error has occurred so they can investigate further, I’ll log a support ticket for this issue shortly).
