A new version V3.3.3 of the iOS Astea Mobile native application is currently undergoing QA at this time. This version includes upgrades to the iOS SDK’s with the latest security updates and a plug in for Crashlytics which will give us the ability to capture more detailed information on the support side when needed (there are no functional changes, enhancements or features included that would impact your technicians directly). The minimum iOS operating system version required for this release is iOS 12.4. I’ll update this thread once we have a tentative rollout date scheduled.

Also note that there will be a corresponding version of this released for Android (v3.3.3) so this will get our release version numbers back in synch. We will also test the iOS version against the upcoming iOS 16 operating system prior to release...

QA is now complete on the V3.3.3 versions of the Astea Mobile Native Application for both iOS and Android devices. These include the latest SDK’s as well as a plug-in for Crashlytics which will give us the ability to capture more detailed information on the support side when needed (there are no functional changes, enhancements or features included that would impact your technicians directly). Rollout to the mobile devices will begin later this week.
