I would like to get some information on the Alliance Contact Centre.  I am not certain if this is a core server license or an error on the customer BoM.  

 

Any information on this would be appreciated.

I have attached the introduction PDF for the Contact Center for your initial first review.  Hopefully this helps explain a little and if further information is needed, we probably will have to discuss further.

Email listener for processing inbound mails is also possible and part of the standard solution.
