A customer needs to use WaDaCo on Windows Mobile devices and ADFS authentication.

In Supported platforms section, under IFS Scan It/Windows Mobile (https://ifs.sharepoint.com/sites/ProductSupportedPlatforms/SitePages/IFS-Applications-10-Supported-Platforms.aspx) it is mentioned as below.

"Use On-Prem AD instead of Azure AD for the windows mobile client".

Can anyone explain what does that mean?

Hi Anushka,

I think this is there to suggest to stop any performance-related problems, you need to implement an in-house identity provider for authentication rather than something remote. Remote is still possible but it seems that it could cause issues.
