Not in CORE applications, but maybe in the REDACO extension, they allow for a bit more advanced customizations.

Is it official from IFS?

It was developed by the Retail team in IFS Consulting back for apps9/10. 

“IFS for Retail has made a component REDACO which is an Add-On component that brings configuration ability to the process and also adds additional processes”

I’m not familiar with how it is sold and handled now days, its not handle by the wadaco team here at IFS. 

Plus it have not been up-ported to Cloud tracks yet to my knowledge.
