Currently, the only way is to create a migration job to export the WADACO configurations.

Currently there is no option to from IEE to export WADACO configurations. Also it seems like there is no implementation request to enable this function. So the only option is to transfer data from the database level. I think if this functionality is important for the customers and they are requesting this we can make a request to product development.

There is a request to implement this and we have it in our current backlog for investigation.

@Anna Hagström we would like to see the implementation utilize the Application Configuration Package if possible.  This would allow one mechanism to move configurations between IFS instances.

Thank you,

@Anna Hagström

It is better to have a new checkbox in (like Called “Export All Configurations” ) Export/Import WADACO forms to control import/export configuration.

I’ve attached a document with an zip included in the document with a migration job to import and export WADACO. The document also includes a explanation on how to use it.

Hopefully this will do the job.

@Jur this is a good one.

This will be available in Aurena for Application 10 Update 8. On the Data Collection Configuration page there are two new commands “Import” and “Export”. Exporting a configuration will create an xml file which you can then import in another environment. Or share a tricky configuration with a colleague (if the companies/users etc do not exist in the import environment they will be cleared at import). More details to come.

In IFS cloudIs it possible to export all configuration in bulk? Or is it only possible configuration by configuration using the export/import buttons.

No bulk, only configuration by configuration.

Hi,

@Dario Zani do we still have to export configurations one by one? or is there any feature in IFS cloud to export configurations in Bulk ? (Other than the data migration approach outlined above)

Kind Regards,
Mewan

Hi @MewanA ,

No bulk export planned to my knowledge, not sure its in our backlog even, so could be a good idea to add that request to this communitys ideas section.
