Does anyone know if there is any clientside logs in Android ScanIt 10 app?
I could see that IFS Aurena ScanIt has clientside logs.

I believe that you are referring the feature available in IFS Aurena Scan It 10 in below location
Settings/Send Device log
This was specifically developed for the Aurena Scan It application and that is not available in - IFS Apps 10 Scan it.
However you can get the touch app server log from the below location. You have to go to the machine where touch app server is installed and check the below location.
C:\inetpub\IFS Touch Apps Server\logs
However I doubt whether you can get required information from that. You may check ‘Data collection session’ window available in the IFS EE application and get more information related sessions even which initiated by hand held device too. If there any error some times they are indicated in the Error message section.
