Using the latest cloud version.
Occasionally when picking, we will case pick one HU over on to two Shipment HU’s, the issue i am having is that if i was to split 50 parts on to one Shipment HU and 25 on to another, it is asking me to pick all 75 in one go, which i don't want to do. I understand that it is trying to be more efficient but in this case it is causing problems, as I just know all 75 will end up on one really tall pallet that the customer will reject and a really small one that wont have enough stock on it.
I have set it up correctly in in the “Shipment Handling Unit Structure” tab of the Shipment page.
Any help would be appreciated.
