As per the IFS Cloud Technical Documentation I have granted “WADACO_MOBILE_USER ” permission set and when I’m logging to IFS Cloud Scan It App, I’m getting the below error.

However, granting MOBILE_APP_RUNTIME allows me to successfully log in. To ensure the Scan It app functions correctly, do we need to grant both permission sets: WADACO_MOBILE_USER and MOBILE_APP_RUNTIME?"

Hi, @Rasika Lakmal

So is this an upgrade from apps10 to Cloud perhaps?

I remember that there have been cases when the script for  WADACO_MOBILE_USER have to be re-run an extra time after installation/upgrading, there have also been some issues with parallel deployment causing our WADACO_MOBILE_USER script to fail on the initial deployment and have to be deployed manually afterwards. In Cloud, the MOBILE_APP_RUNTIME is handled and granted inside POST_Wadaco_security_wadaco_mobile_user.sql so maybe this is one of those cases that it fail to be deployed during upgrade/installation and you maybe had an old apps10 WADACO_MOBILE_USER installed and granted already without MOBILE_APP_RUNTIME?

In apps10 the corresponding grant was TOUCHAPPS_RUNTIME but that one have been removed in Cloud since Touch Apps is not part of that solution.

But I think my colleague @dinuka9 might know more about this issue.

@Dario Zani Thanks for the reply and yes, this is upgrade from Apps10.
