Hi Community!

When we print a Shipment Delivery Note from IFS Cloud (or ScanIT mobile app) we’d like to automatically send some other documents to the printer so that the Shipment Delivery Note prints as a “pack”.

The other documents to be printed can be identified by their Document Class (8000, 8001 or 8002) and their location (they’ll be saved as Attachments on the Part Lot Batch page corresponding to the batches of Parts in the Shipment.

Is this possible in IFS Cloud 23.1.1 and how, please?

With a customization most things are possible. Adding more reports to print and any logic to fetch them could be added to execution code (Execute_Process) of the process if needed.

did you try to create a report rule?

It should also be possible with an custom event.
