Hi,

 

Just wondering anyone is having the same problems i am having. We are using the Honeywell CT45P handset and after doing a factory reset on the device, the IFS Scan it application is no longer compatible. 

The device is running Android Version 11 and the requirements for the app is 6+ so that isn't the problem. 

 

Any ideas would be a massive help!

Update: I did another factory reset, went through the same setup as previous and this time it worked. No idea why!
