Error in process UNISSUE_WORK_ORDER

Hi,

I am trying to use WaDaCo to unissue material on Work Task. However, I end up in error “Serial No * does not exist in the context of the entered data and this process.”

  • The material is not serial tracked.
  • Unissue can be executed in cloud.
  • LoV does not give any data.
  • It does not accept the value *.

Any other ideas? I have tried several different set ups in the configurations and they all end up in this situation.

Ok if configuration 1 don't even work it is probably is a bug. There were some changes done do to this process back in Cloud 21R1 to support Work Tasks, it might be related to those changes. I suggest reporting it as a bug to IFS support.

Additional information related to this, for most cases, the unissue can be executed successfully via wadaco, Only some cases end up in this error scenario.
