This issue is from a customer who is using app 10 at the moment. They have a wadaco system which returns recycle. Then through that it prints a report. (Data is fetched from the wadaco process to the report)
Now the requirement is to do the digital signatures on the report when previewing OR From doing the digital signature on the wadaco process.
( Today they do signatures on paper, but they need to do it on a devicer and store the documentations digital connected to the recycle return in IFS.)
It would great if someone could confirm whether this is possible?

Hi Haritha, thanks for asking here.
When you say "digital signature", what do you mean exactly? There are many possible interpretations of it. Is it someone drawing with their finger on the screen of a mobile device, leaving a visual signature, or is it digitally (cryptographically) signing the PDF file? Or both?
Hi Mathias,
In here it is someone drawing with their finger on the screen of a mobile device, leaving a visual signature.

Thanks! It sounds like a question for the Wadaco team then. I will move this to Supply Chain.
Hi @harithagaje
There is a way to draw a signature on the scanning client in wadaco and it will be saved as picture and can be saved to a database object you have a media connection established on.
In CORE we have only implemented this in one process, ‘Delivery Confirmation of Customer Order’ (DELIVERY_CONFIRMATION).
But this could easily be copied to other processes in core or customized processes if necessary, the solution in ‘Delivery Confirmation of Customer Order’ is just a proof of concept that it can be handled.
