we are implementing IFS Cloud. For our warehouses we will be using the Scan It app on Zebra handheld devices. These devices will be managed through SOTI. After installing the Scan It app the user has to enter the IFS URL. Our IT department would like to push the link to the device via a configuration XML, which most applications support. But we have not found a way to do this, even our IT service provider was a bit surprised that there seems to be no way to configure the app via SOTI.
Has anyone else faced this problem? Is there a way to pre-configure the URL on the devices?
