Hi folks,

my customer asks about OEE and they want to see work orders within ShopFloorClockings.

I compared the following tables with sub-selects:

ACTIVE_WORK_ORDER_TAB (AWO)
(under view ACTIVE_SEPARATE_UIV under IFS mask “Prepare Work Order”)

HISTORICAL_WORK_ORDER_TAB (HWO)
(under view: HISTORICAL_SEPARATE_UIV)
No WO_NO from one table is in the other table!

Conclusion: Data from AWO will be transfered into HWO (guess: when Finished)

Just want to know, if my table-focused view match your experience?

Guess:
An Active WorkOrder will be transfered into Historical WorkOrders when finished?

Right?

All the best

Michael

Hi @Michael Kaiser

Maybe you should try and find another section to put this question in, since I’m guessing this have nothing to do with the Warehouse Data Collection component, if you are not talking about one of the 3 Work Order Processes that exist there.

Hi Michael,

Your guess is correct, once the wo status is set to finished, the record moves to HWO from AWO. You will get it back to AWO if you reopen the work order.

For any work order related issues i think as Dario mentioned, best place is Asset Management group !.

Roshan
